Refund Policy
Refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days
1. Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the check in date.
- Partial Refund: If cancellation is made less than 7 days before check in, no refund will be issued unless specified in exceptional circumstances.
- No Refund: For no shows, early departures, or bookings cancelled on the day of check in.
2. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after cancellation approval. A nominal processing fee may apply, depending on the cancellation period.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), Kyuka will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, offering flexibility or rescheduling where possible.
