Booking Process
To confirm a booking at Kyuka, guests must provide personal information name, contact details, and payment information. A reservation is only confirmed after payment is processed.
Booking Confirmation
Upon successful booking, a confirmation email with all relevant details (dates, accommodations, amenities) will be sent. Please review the confirmation and inform us immediately of any discrepancies.
Check in and Check out
- Check in Time: 2:00 PM onwards
- Check out Time: By 11:00 AM Early check in or late check-out requests will be considered based on availability and may incur additional charges.
Booking Modifications
Guests can modify their booking up to 48 hours before check-in. Modifications may be subject to availability and additional charges. No changes can be made after the 48-hour window.
Group Bookings
For group bookings of 5 or more cottages, please contact our reservations team in advance for availability and special terms.
